I guess you're all wondering why I've called you here today
This is an ongoing record of the changes we see in mom & dad. The purpose is to have clear evidence in the event that we see the need to seek guardianship of one or both of them at some point. We had previously posted on a Google doc, but decided to move it here to make it easier for all of us to access.
