Email re: budget

This was where mom insisted on opening her own checking account so she could have a debit card. We agreed that I would transfer the $% from the Source account to the bill paying account, and then transfer the budgeted "envelope" amount to her account. I did NOT put my name on there as I am concerned it will be overdrawn.
